Yes, it was time for me, the first progressive glasses were needed. After a phone appointment, the consultation took place. The differences between the spectacle lenses were explained in detail, as well as the cost structure and possible additional options, such as UV protection. Trying on and selecting the spectacle frame is a bit more difficult, as a face mask must, of course, be worn in the sales room. However, it is sufficient for an initial selection. Afterwards, there is the possibility to try on the frames without a face mask in a closed side room. It is also worth mentioning that the employee meticulously ensured that tried-on frames were separated for subsequent disinfection. I found this very pleasant. Afterwards, the frame and lenses were adjusted. After a week, the glasses were ready for collection. The fit was checked again and final adjustments were made. The whole process was professional and the advice was good. Therefore, I give 5 stars.

Unfortunately, you have to pay an extra 20 euros for an eye test if you buy glasses.
