I had an appointment two weeks before Christmas for a fairly large scratch that only affected the front passenger-side door. The day of the appointment arrived, and when I went to drop off my car, they told me they had nothing scheduled. They also didn’t have a courtesy car available, despite the fact that I showed them the confirmation email I had received for both the repair and the courtesy car. I had to book another appointment. When the new appointment day arrived, I took my car in. At first, they told me the delivery date would be March 11. The day before that date, they sent me an email saying that the repairs would take longer than expected and postponed the delivery by another week. I find it unacceptable to take three weeks for a single door when another garage repaired an entire side of my car in just a week last May. It would be the last straw if the repair isn’t perfect when I pick it up. Do yourself a favor and never bring your car here.

Really excellent customer service and results. The staff are welcoming and speaking English is no problem. Thoroughly recommended.

Not happy. They have to fix something and make the revision, and thy forgot the revision, it's the second time it happens. The reparation was good but very expensive. When I started going 5o this garage was very good, but the last few times I went I didn't like. I don't think I'll come back.

Worse experience ever! The car had to stay 10 days in the service due to the fact that the alloy wheels are sent to PT for repairs. That I accepted not an issue but when the date of delivery came.. the surprises started appearing: 1-> I get notified 1 day in advance that the car will be ready only in another 4 days. Without any reasoning. I call them up, and they say they did not receive an aluminum decoration for the door step. In the end they agree to return the car without it, and to call me 1 week later for the aluminum decoration. 2-> Day of pickup, 1 hour before the agreed pick up time, I get called and told that the car's battery is below 10% with only 30+ km of range. I checked the tesla app, the range was 27m with the car cold. They said will plug it in and that I should come 1 hour later. Arriving at the garage, 1 hour later, I found the still not charged with 26 km of range. While they apologized for inconvenience, I still lost 1hour of my time at a charging station in the city 3-> 2 weeks after the pick (this is today), I called them up asking about the aluminum decoration, since they never called me back. The personnel said she will call back with details.. and she did.. but with news that left me speechless: estimated delivery date: 01 MAY. This garage is a joke, I will never ever use it again and I will not let this slide. They blame tesla for not being able to provide the part in time, but to be hones their lack of organization and professionalism is an unpleasant surprise. I never encountered this at any garage in LU.
