Autocenter Goedert Sandweiler

I had a nail stuck in one of my front tires...I noticed as I got a warning about the air pressure of the tire. The next day, I went to Autocenter Goedert in Sandweiler directly at opening time, without an appointment. They were actually full and had no free spots (it was in December and everybody was changing their tires)...But as it was an emergency, and also dangerous to drive, they still gave me an appointment but warned me I would need to wait. It took about 1 hour and the tire was repaired. I'm very happy with the service and that they could still squeeze me in although their schedule was full!

I had an appointment for just changing the wheels which takes 15 minutes. It took one hour and a half. And worse, instead of putting back all the wheels in my trunk like I did, they put the wheel on my backseat scratching all the leather and staining my child seats. I will go back to Muller where you can see the workshop and people are actually caring.

Great company! They went out of their way to quickly help me, even though it wasn’t in their scope of business. And they were very friendly during the process. I can only recommend them. 5 stars!!

I had an appointment to change tyres on a Monday at 13:30 at Goedert Sandweiler. Arrived 20 min earlier and still just got my car back at 15:09 after asking why everyone that arrived AFTER me was living before!? This was unacceptable service and much longer waiting time if compared to any other centers (even from Goedert) I have used before in Luxembourg. Next season for sure looking for a different location to change my tyres - suggest you to do the same :-(
