I've never encountered such bad customer service
I contacted them by phone and was asked for an explanation of the desired service by email, with photos, which I did. The email remained unanswered. After more than two months, I called them back and they had ignored my message, even though it had arrived. They now told me that they would not be able to do this work for me, as they are "swamped with orders". Congratulations to this company, which is undoubtedly top quality in terms of carpentry! But the customer care aspect leaves a lot to be desired.
We enjoyed the entire experience from start to finish. From Soren visiting our home to discuss the project and proposing some improvements to our plan to the 2 real gentlemen that did the installation the service was 110%. The craftsmanship and professionalism is second to none and the team has a "can do" approach to work that leaves a great feeling. We would highly recommend this company and possibly they left our house cleaner than when they arrived. :-) Thank you everyone, great job, tip top..
