A great experience shared with Ikram who advised me at length for a pair of progressive glasses. With patience and many details, she made me understand how to wear them, a big thank you!!! On the other hand, at the store level, given the amount spent, not the slightest commercial gesture!!! I don't know if I will come back. I'd rather go see the competition on that level!

We had a great experience at Optique Moitzhiem. Ikram was very patient and helpful throughout the process. She took the time to help us find the right frames and made sure our glasses were ready on time. Excellent service and attention to detail- highly recommended!

The attention is amazing, they do the exam in case you are not sure of the prescribed numbers, and the lady who attends there speaks Spanish, she was really attentive and took the time to validate and explain everything.
