I'm new to Luxembourg and currently driving a pretty old car, which I plan to replace later this year. So when some issues started appearing, I decided not to spend a lot of money on an expensive autocenter and instead went for a cheaper, no-name garage. Unfortunately, that garage diagnosed the issue and gave me a shockingly high estimate—far more than I expected. After doing some research, I came across Goedert autocenter, where the prices were much more reasonable. After a thorough check, they informed me that the expensive repairs I had been quoted earlier in other garage were completely unnecessary—the actual issue was something entirely different. Extremely reliable, professional, and friendly customer service. They really know what they're doing! Thanks a lot!

I fixed an appointment 4 days ago at 14:45, and I came with my car at 14:30, which needs a critical repair because the temperature indication was going wild, and the motor was getting hot. They told me they wouldn't finish the inspection the same day, so I went home and gave them my key. Two hours later they told me I must bring my car (Mercedes B200 Classic) to the Mercedes repair shop because they couldn't fix the issue. I wasted a lot of time waiting for this appointment, and they needed 2 hours to tell me they couldn't fix the problem. Why didn't they tell me before I brought my car? I already had all my technical documents and manuals for the car with me, but they just wanted to do a "diagnosis" before rejecting the repair of my vehicle.

I do not recommend these guys at all as I have a number of bad experiences with them. The timing of their work is unpredictable as already said in many reviews. They don’t finish at promised time. They overcharge for services. On one occasion I needed a change of tyres and wheel alignment (geometry). When picking up the car and paying I had asked for the geometry report. After loads of back forth between garage and the desk they eventually admitted that they didn’t do it. Without any explanation or apology they canceled the charge. I still however needed the geometry done so I booked myself for another appointment at which point they performed the alignment. 6 months later I’ve changed my tyres/wheels to winter ones. After taking the summer ones off I realised both tyres were excessively worn on the inside. See the picture. It can’t be spotted unless you take the wheels off. That suggests to me the alignment was either not done or performed poorly. Now I have tyres that lasted half a season and still need to have the alignment done. Somewhere else presumably.
