Sven Rasmusen I cannot explain my frustration and I cannot believe this is an official ford service. 1st visit - I did an appointment for normal maintenance and I also informed them I have an engine light on the screen please check it. They did the maintenance and said engine light was because of battery replacement. Recently I had battery issue ad replaced before the maintenance. They said come again if engine light is there. When I took the car after the maintenance the interior ceiling light could not be turned off when I close the doors and lock the car. 2nd visit- engine light came again, took appointment and to garage again. Informed them for the light issue as well. They checked and said that engine issue is because of a part. I said please change it. After I took the car engine light was disappeared but the light issue was still there. On top of this air conditioning was not blowing hot air anymore for the passenger side. This was totally ok before. 3rd visit- engine light came again. Plus light issue plus air conditioner issue.took appointment and went again. They diagnosed the car and came with an invoice of around 1600€. 400 for engine light, 750 for air conditioner, 350 for light issue and the rest for diagnostic. Imagine that if I would not go to this garage, I would have only 1 issue. They did the other issues and they said it cannot be us as they are on the different part, we just checked engine. The issues came exactly after their work but they do not accept it. And they charge you, it is unbelievable. I did not want to do it but they said you need to pay the diagnostic. What a shame. Everytime I paid the diagnostic and 3rd time they asked again, 0 customer service. I paid the diagnostic and left... I do not recommend this garage please read my story and be careful before coming to this garage...
Oğuz Bayram The garage looks proper and the staff is professionnal. However, it seems that they have troubles to recognize their wrongs... the customer service is just non-existent. Do not recommend :/

Ni Zeng Do not visit this place for any reason. I went my Ford for a typical service, they asked me to pay EUR 2000 extra (for a 2015 Focus) to change a ring (band in the cooling system) that costed EUR 3, on top of the EUR 600 for the standard service. They reason for such a high cost is that they wanted to remove and put back the whole engine (2 days working on it). To persuade me they insisted that the engine will blow and that there is no need to do the service if i don't change the band as well. I insisted on proceeding with the standard service and although i payed 600 for it, i got back a car with almost no brakes. I got it back to the garage immediately and they claimed that it was because the brakes were new, till they tested it themselves and brought it back to the garage to fix it. All in all, I got the car back much later, having already risking my safety. This adventure couldn't get any worse. Not to mention that 3 months later i fixed the issue by replacing the whole cooling pump, in another garage, for EUR 250 instead of EUR 2000. If you care about your money and your safety, do not ever visit this place. Better give your car to a stranger you will find on the street to fix it. Thank me later.
