I can understand many of the negative reviews. In my case, a rental car was provided to me as part of an insurance claim. Unfortunately, the company tried to retroactively charge me for 'Frais de déplacement' (travel expenses) as well as an alleged full tank. The vehicle was handed over to me with only about 85% fuel. After returning it, I refueled accordingly – based on actual consumption and kilometers driven – even with about one liter more than would have been necessary. Nevertheless, I later received an invoice by mail demanding full payment for the refueling. I consider such a procedure to be extremely unprofessional. I did not let myself be deceived and immediately reported the case – including proof photos – to my insurance. Due to this experience, I will NEVER use this company and its services privately in the future.
