About D'Schlässerei
D'Schlässerei is an innovative company in the field of metal construction, focusing on personalized customer support, high quality, and sustainable solutions.
Our company history began in 1983 with the founding of Lang's Lights, an electrical company in Berbourg. Two years later, we moved to larger premises and launched our first automation. In 1991, our production shifted to metal construction, and we expanded our facility with two additional production halls. In 1996, we transformed from a partnership into a corporation.
Starting from the year 2000, we further modernized and automated our production. We introduced a precision robot for cutting and welding up to 6m, a high-definition plasma cutting system up to 6 x 2m, a press brake, and punching machines for steel and aluminum. In 2007, we added a waterjet cutting system for precision cuts up to 150 mm thick and a surface area of 1.5 x 3m, capable of cutting various materials such as glass, wood, metal, etc.
In 2022, Christian Cortina and Sven Kinnen took over the company from Armand and Silvia Lang. Lang's Lights changed its name to D'Schlässerei. Today, D'Schlässerei employs 26 employees and offers a wide range of products and services.
Our product portfolio includes a variety of solutions for different areas, including stairs, railings, terraces, wall coverings and facades, signs and inscriptions, sun and visual protection, as well as carports. Additionally, we provide urban furniture, poles and accessories, doors and gates, items for home and garden, and even custom-made products.
Our focus is on "Customizable Standards." All our products can be adorned with individual designs. Decorative elements are created using our waterjet or precision cutting system and can be tailored to meet customers' desires. Despite their individuality, our products are based on standard configurations as much as possible to ensure efficient production and quick assembly.
With our patented "Fixies" principle, we facilitate the installation of railings, stairs, protective walls, signs, and lighting - all without welding on-site. This represents a significant advantage in ensuring a clean and swift assembly process.
