Stemper

We entrusted STEMPER with replacing all the windows (20 wooden frames with sealing problems) in our house. We opted for triple glazing – aluminum with anti-burglary film. We can only commend the way this project was managed by the entire team, starting with the involvement of Management and Sales, from the initial offers to the execution with a very efficient, complementary, and respectful team, capable of showing initiative (for example, to seal thermal bridges, repair the winding of an electric shutter…) and with whom we had an excellent relationship. It's worth noting a 'faultless' performance in the new frames and the services provided: no measurement errors (20 windows!) and it wasn't even necessary to call in a painter for touch-ups.

I called Stemper for a small glas-door replacement. The whole frame had to be replaced too. Prior the operations, Stemper made sure to understand my needs and took all the necessary measurements, so that the work could be prepared well, and to leave no space for surprises. On the day of the operations , all was executed perfectly , protecting my living space from dust and leaving me without anything to clean. I am super satisfied

Horrible After sales support. Stemper doesn't offer adequate support for installations under warranty. Patronizing and unfriendly towards customers. Addendum: Briefly afterwards I wanted indeed to reach a manager to discuss and complain, but instead of getting a manager the receptionist handed the phone to the very same person I wanted to complain about. An After-Sales lady of some sort. This person than proceeded to continue patronising me and claiming the manager isn't available. I was made fun of and was told in an ironic and funny voice that "Of course the manager would be informed about my call". As of today I have not heard anything, and I do not intend to ever call back or recommend any of their services.
