ClosedReckinger is a Luxembourg family business with almost 400 employees whose expertise and know-how have made its reputation since 1911.
Specialising in heating, sanitary, ventilation/air conditioning, electricity and renewable energy installations, we design, install, maintain and repair this equipment.
Our know-how covers simple and also particularly complex installations such as electrical control systems, thermal and photovoltaic solar panels, fire-fighting installations, commercial and industrial cooling systems, compressed air and steam production and distribution systems, swimming pool and drinking water treatment systems and cogeneration systems.
In addition, Reckinger also offers a comprehensive renovation service.
In fact, our REMAKE entity handles all types of turnkey renovation projects, from floor to ceiling (flats to be refurbished, living rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, commercial and office spaces, etc.).
We take care of every stage of the project: plans, estimates, advice, management of the work and final delivery.
We cover all the trades involved in the renovation, managing our teams or our partner craftsmen as project managers. We guarantee professional supervision, compliance with deadlines and budgets, and after-sales service.
In this way, we assist private individuals, professionals (architects, developers, design offices and building managers), industrialists and local authorities with their technical installation or renovation projects.

Professional, high quality work, and very skilled, and quickly respond to request I highly recommend them. Friendly staff as well and trust worthy. They pay very close attention to details of their work and won't leave unless it is perfectly installed. Very well done
Mohannad Kafri (Momo) Here I would like to review both the call centre staff and the engineer that visited. Not only when you only speak English but the team on the phone when making a booking did their best to find someone and all the scheduling went well. The engineer that visited was determined to help me understand what he was doing, his name, Khaled Atbir, he was fantastic and have already recommended this company to 2 friends as a result of his clarity and insistence to help.. Awesome job guys, thank you 🙏
Alex Paxton Reckinger contributed to a year-long renovation in our home, being responsible for the plumbing work, electricity, radiators and a new bathroom and toilet. They were more expensive than the renovation company we had used during a previous project, but this was made clear in their original offer, and we accepted it. Their staff are qualified and courteous. They worked cleanly and were present on the building site when required so that the end-date was respected and we could move into the house on the agreed date. For the bathroom and a radiator, they had problems with the quality of the materials, so some items are still being replaced two months later. However, most of the other companies who worked in our house during the project had to replace or repair some of their materials, so this seems to be a generalised problem in the building industry. It was a large renovation project so naturally there were some problems of communication, additional invoices and compromises to be made. On the other hand, they carried out some additional work that was useful and was done without extra cost. Overall, we found that Reckinger was easy to deal with and professional. For clients who are willing to pay a bit more than average, Reckinger is a good choice.
Jeremy Pendle Overcharging: I have used their services a several times. Every time it was good, except the last one. We had a very minor issue where a water tap had to be changed. The technician spent 25-30 min in our apartment, and was sporadically, leaving for extended periods of time. One of the times I was concerned if he will come back, went out of our building to check if their car was still there and he was smoking a cigarette outside. Then I got an invoice saying that he spent over 2.3 hours at my house. It was simply not true. I contacted the company to inform them that they need to revise the invoice (this is the first time I've had such a request - all other invoices I paid directly as they were fair). They simply told me that the technician spent the 2 + hours repairing the damage, as the GPS of his car says so. Well, he really didn't. He was taking long breaks, and I am not willing to pay for someone spending 70% of the time smoking outside and doing who knows what. After several emails from me, asking them to revise the invoice, which they completely ignored, I received a letter threatening legal action against me. The issue was never the price - it was not that much to begin with. It is the principle. Reckinger, you should vet your employees better.
Kristian Bilarev The company failed to fix the issue with smells and heat coming from the ventilation, and now they are threatening me with a lawyer, to make me stop complaining as the house is still on a 10 year warranty, or to make me be scared of their lawyers and fix it on my own cost. One year ago I bought a flat that is only 4 years old, expecting, that this way I would not have any problems. How wrong I was. One year ago I reported to Reckinger the problem with ventilation bringing me super heavy smells of cigarretes from the neighbors. The "experts" arrived and found out that they confused input and output at the apartment of the neighbors below. Then they claimed it is only one other flat in my block. Later they will change their mind and decide it is actually more, they are so unqualified that can not even read their own technical plan! Just like one other person mentions in his reviews, exactly the same. After they fixed one mistake another problem appeared- the heat(imagine, in July!) and the super strong smell of the food coming from the neighbors. I reported this in May. Called them maybe 20 times. It is October now and still no results. I have all the ventilation exits covered with a construction tape, and ventilate through the window, in a residence constructed in 2019, new, because some losers fail to do their job, Reckinger is just ignoring me, ignoring the emails from the house managers, lie to me it is house manager's fault, which it's not, I am on copy of each and every email at the moment, they lie to you when you call and play stupid (not much acting is needed in this case, in fact). Currently I had to close all my ventilation exits with a tape, switch off the VMC, and the only way I ventilate is through the window. And its October...energy class A... I am very curious what the ministry of environment protection would say, and soon I will contact. Most of the technicians they send have no clue what they are doing. They just take the pictures of the equipment and send to someone who probably has some clue. They are not even able to read the technical drawing that is created by their own company to identify apartments on the same pillar. They are just sending us back and forth. never commit to their word, lie when you email them, invent excuses. 12 months later the problem is still not fixed. I wish the ministry finally calls out the license of these losers and grants it instead to the companies that really deserve it and treat customers decently! In case anybody is suing them in court please reach out to me, i will be happy to unite the cases and be your witness.
