Had an unexpected boiler/heating issue and they arranged visit in couple hours after my initial email. Technician idintified the issue and provided a precise solution promptly. Already have a maintenance contact with them and super happy both with maintenance and one-off visit.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience was the final straw. I’ve used Gabbana multiple times, including a major house renovation, and the issues have been consistent: slow progress, mistakes, and poor communication. After giving them another chance this year for small works, nothing had improved. Communication dragged on for months, and workers repeatedly arrived without the correct equipment, causing further delays and rescheduling. Overall, unreliable and inefficient. I would not use their services again.

If I could rate this company with zero, I would. Most of the technicians are qualified, but the customer service from an administrative and management point of view is appalling. They do not answer emails nor phone calls and whenever an inquiry is raised it takes months or even years for them to clarify the issues and send the right team to get things fixed. Don’t even think about escalating an issue with them due to their lack if response or things not getting fixed after many months, as there is a lack of respect towards individual customers as you will encounter an arrogant attitude from their managers. It will save you time and energy if you can avoid this company.

business absolutely to avoid!! The employees are, except the boss, not capable of detecting problems nor to repair them. Our heating system broke down and this business needed 11!! Interventions at our home (where we had to take vacation from work) arriving often too late and often for nothing (because they didn’t know what to do). Moreover, they are very expensive for the bad service they give. We paid over 2 000 euros so that our heating systeme broke down 1 month after the « repair » and they had to come for a 12t time to look again after it. Now it works (fingers crossed). The boss (not the owner of gabbana) is a bit more capable but he was really unfriendly, didn’t show any interest in our loss of time, said to us that he does not care that we had to take 11 times vacation at work (and that FOR NOTHING!)…so absolutely to AVOID!

We've had the need to call on their services at least three times in the past couple of months. The staff are very quick to respond, helpful and go above and beyond. They've even put us in touch with another reputable company for other jobs we needed done that weren't part of their services. The best customer service I've had in Luxembourg. Highly recommended.
