Heritage and Tradition.
Since 1897 the Dieschbourg family has been producing flour in their mill, which was completely rebuilt in 1910 after a fire. Since the historical machines are well maintained and completely functional, according to standards of moûture always contractual.

A fourth generation family business
Located in Lauterborn, near Echternach, we produce only quality products. Our quality flours and roasted coffees are known throughout the country.
