HSB - A COMPANY WITH A PROFILE PROFILE

1983 Albert Rupp founded HSB in Ensdorf. Today, with about 80 employees, the company is a successful partner for the various sectors of the construction industry, which is on the way to growth and success. The family business, managed in the second generation by Thomas Rupp, is one of the market leaders in southwest Germany and the border region Saar-Lor-Lux. The solid capital base guarantees safety and reliability for our customers and partners.

PLANT ENGINEERING HSB

Customers trust HSB as a specialist in mobile processing and environmental technology. Our crushing and screening plants from renowned manufacturers such as PORTAFILL and METSO MINERALS are compact and robust, flexible in their use, easy to assemble and transport. They are also fully mobile combined plants equipped with a powerful cone crusher and an efficient three-stage screening plant. High quality MobyDick wheel washing systems and first-class service from our experts for all rental and sales systems complete the range.

Our rental fleet currently includes 14 crushing and screening plants as well as 4-wheel washing systems for flexible use. In addition, we also offer weekend maintenance and wear work, if necessary, to ensure a smooth process for our customers. As an approved service partner for Liebherr mixing technology, we provide our customers with state-of-the-art mobile and stationary concrete mixing plants, combined with professional maintenance and installation by our regularly trained specialist fitters.

CONSTRUCTION MACHINES AND HSB CONTAINERS

The offer for our customers includes a wide range of construction machinery for civil engineering, from vibrating plates to 35 tonne hydraulic excavators or 4 cubic metre wheel loaders. Among others, we rely on the manufacturers Kubota, Kramer and Hitachi. Our container range from the high-end manufacturer Containex also offers space systems as tailor-made solutions, available in the short term for construction sites, gardening and landscaping or agriculture. From a wide selection of products and models with flexible equipment variants, we also sell and rent containers for schools, banks and industrial facilities according to individual needs. Our products are characterised by their flexibility and long service life as well as by their application-specific configuration.

HSB FORMWORK TECHNOLOGY

HSB formwork technology opens up innovative technical possibilities to meet the requirements of the most demanding construction projects in a professional and flexible way. HSB Formwork Technology is the exclusive distributor of formwork manufacturers PASCHAL and Ischebeck for the Saar-Lor-Lux region and part of Rhineland-Palatinate. We have a large rental fleet in which wall and ceiling formwork is kept ready for our customers. Special formwork accessories and Max Frank consumables for concrete construction complete the versatile product range. With the largest warehouse of formwork equipment in the region, its own technical office and the active support of our customers by field staff, HSB offers convincing services at all times.

HSB TOWER CRANES

Our range of tower cranes has been specially designed to meet the needs of modern construction companies. The focus is on operational reliability, high performance and fast working speeds. We offer our customers the latest crane technology from the world leader Liebherr for sale and rental. HSB's competent contacts work with you to find the right solution to your construction site problem. Well-trained and regularly trained crane experts, specialised assemblers and repair teams as well as comprehensive spare parts stocks ensure efficiency with minimal downtime. Our rental fleet consists of around 100 Liebherr tower cranes, for which our own assembly teams are available at all times. The offer extends from roof cranes to 85m swivel cranes.
