Nice human-sized company, where it's still possible to have a person on the line for advice, an appointment, or a simple question. The staff is friendly and competent. They are especially super reactive (be careful though that there is a schedule to respect and that, as with any good service, you must be a good, understanding, and sometimes patient client (2-3 days) regarding the desired intervention). Their +: they are versatile; photovoltaic, heating, heat pump, sanitary, etc. I recommend them of course 😊

If I could leave -10 stars, I wouldn't be bothered!!! An incompetent company in the true sense of the word! I am neither a competitor nor a bad-faith client nor anything else! I am just an ordinary client extremely disappointed with this company, if we can even call it that... I called them for a boiler problem... the repairman arrives, he apparently changes a pump... okay, so far so good... the bill was around 200 euros... no problem, I pay... 2 days later, new problem, the boiler no longer works, I call them back... the guy arrives, he tightens two fittings he forgot to do previously, okay, the boiler works again... a week later, a new bill as expensive as the pump change!!! I call them, I get someone on the line who is as useless and incomprehensible as I tried to explain that the second intervention was due to the repairman forgetting to tighten the fittings during his first visit... he doesn't want to understand anything, plus I tell him okay, no problem, I pay... I paid a credit note for the amount of credit sent... then a week later, surprise, a new bill for 41 euros, in short, apparently tightening two fittings is more expensive than changing a part??? I gave the bill to my lawyer sister, it will be discussed before a judge! To conclude, if I have one piece of advice to give you, never, ever call this company of incompetents!!! Run away!!! There are 10,000 plumbing and heating companies in the country, do your research!
