Without much discussion, the boss himself came when the heating decided not to work anymore on the weekend. He helped immediately, thus saving us from a bitterly cold weekend. Others either don't answer the phone (even if you've been a client for years / now: were) or only help existing clients with a breakdown. Whoever wants competent, direct, and uncomplicated help is absolutely right here!
