We recently had Voltmax install a photovoltaic solar system at our home, and we are extremely satisfied with the entire experience. The technical sales advisor was very kind and clearly explained all the steps and how the system works beforehand. The installation team did an excellent job — everything was installed neatly, efficiently, and the system was up and running in record time. The performance of the installation has been outstanding, and we are very pleased with the results. In addition, Voltmax supported us throughout all the administrative procedures before, during, and after the installation, making it easy for us to benefit from available subsidies. We have just had our 24 kW panel array installed and we are very impressed. This company is extremely responsive and communicates all the important details. From initial reach-out to end of installation was just 2 months. Most of that time was a wait for our commune approval, which Voltmax coordinated beautifully. They scheduled the installation for the week following our commune approval! The installation team is FANTASTIC. Very fast and careful. We had dozens of terrible wasps nests under our clay roof and they even cleared them out while installing the panels. They left the installation site super clean every day as well. Very professional! We enjoyed working with Marcin on the array specifics and logistics. He was always very responsive with every question we had along the way. We had a cost estimate within 3 days of the initial visit - which is amazing (please note that we requested an estimate during the winter when demand was lower)! Voltmax has made every step in this process smooth. We look forward to working with them to get the paperwork filed for the incentives as well. Thank you Voltmax! UPDATE: Voltmax continues to provide excellent after-installation service. They have continued to interface with Creos, provided electricians during the various inspections and helped with all the subsidy paperwork. We are so pleased with our panels and Voltmax!
