We received a quote from the company. I wanted to clarify certain aspects of the quote by contacting them. Unfortunately, it was difficult to have a real conversation as the discussion was so challenging. The person on the phone monopolized 80% of the speaking time, even though I was calling to ask my questions. It ended when they told me they wouldn't do the work because my explanations were too vague. On the one hand, I am not a building professional, and on the other hand, it's difficult to provide clear explanations when your interlocutor is constantly talking. Ultimately, the refusal might be a blessing in disguise. I therefore confirm the reviews already submitted by Ms. Dresse and Mr. Panzani.

Unfortunately I have to confirm some of the other reviews points: arrogance, unfriendliness, and extremely unpleasant attitude. I personally would not recommend their service.

I waited for the boss personally for over an hour for an appointment, and the gentleman still hasn't arrived to this day. When I inquired at the office, I was told that the gentleman was in a village, over 30km from the actual destination. And this here in Luxembourg? He was already almost in Germany or Belgium. Very, very unprofessional, absolutely NOT to be recommended.
