Heat pump installer, installed a damaged device, and refuses to do maintenance since the installation. Catastrophic installer, to be avoided at all costs.

I strongly advise against it!!! No organization, I waited from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM only to be told that they couldn't do a repair, knowing that it's urgent and I risk not having hot water all weekend. Disagreeable and nonchalant gentleman!
