As a trained industrial civil engineer with a degree in landscape design, I can provide you with a customized and professional design. Specializing in 3D design studies. There is a charge for the design and it is calculated based on working hours.
A design consists of several steps:
Step 1: First contact.
We come to your home to assess your desires, your ideas and your budget, advise you, make an inventory of your property, measure the premises, take photos and, above all, establish a relationship of trust with you. From this point on, the client has several options: preliminary design planning, which the client can do himself or hire.
Step 2: Design planning
Based on the initial contact, I perform design planning, which materializes in plan, elevations and 3D animation. 3D to make the transition from dream to reality and avoid any disillusionment. It also includes a detailed planting plan. Upon completion (step 3) of the work, a file with technical data sheets of each proposed plant (with photos of the plants and care instructions) is submitted.
Depending on the customer's choice, a free estimate is provided:
- the complete completion of the development works
- only the supply of plants and/or materials
Step 3: Realization
In the case of project realization, after the acceptance of the estimate, I will take over the planning and organization of the implementation of the work. All the works are coordinated by me. The selection of my subcontractors is reliable, but the client has no obligation and can make his own suggestions. At the end of the project, the customer is given a project completion file, which documents the progress of the work carried out in the form of a photo album. To ensure cooperation, a maintenance offer can be made.
Thus, a service is provided both during and after the work, because I attach great importance to the quality of the work.
