Among 3 quotes from different companies that we had selected for a bathroom/basic renovation, for the purpose of comparing offers/services (each time showroom visits, on-site appointment for precise measurement/initial consultation, quote); we ultimately decided on Nico Langen from Grevenmacher for our project. "First impressions count"... they say, and that's how it remained throughout the entire project. Nothing was "wildly promised" - communication was factual and competent, fair and very down-to-earth, and always very honest - also regarding the price. This was always the case throughout all consultation stages during the concrete planning. Well in advance of construction, we were informed of the exact construction schedule - which was meticulously adhered to (does such reliability still exist? Yes, here!) The craftsmen, without exception - all of them! - convinced us. Our bathroom has become a real dream bathroom exactly according to the construction schedule - we would turn to Nico Langen again at any time and can recommend this company with a very clear conscience. Oh yes... and about the price: of course, here too, "a word was a word". Does anyone still have doubts? Thank you Nico Langen for your great work, WE are thrilled 👍 Nico & Carole

After installation a new water-boiler tank the masters didn't clean-up dust and rust which got stuck in the tap's pipes as a consequence of this works. They ended-up with proposing me a new appointment for this job 5 days later after the basic works, so I had to perform these pipes cleaning by myself. Also they didn't properly tested the "summer" mode of the heating system. It appears that hot water can still circulate through the heating pipes even I want to heat just the hot water. In addition it appeared that there is something wrong with one of the thermo-resisters in my old heater (not the company's fault, I want to believe). However this was discovered only one month after the installation has been performed. This problem caused the overheating of the system for several times. Instead of properly testing the system, they have performed an unnecessary replacement of the thermo-couple in my heater (it didn't help apparently, because the problem was not in this part). Though my heater is very old, what I would expect as a proper behaviour of the company is: 1) make a quick inspection of the heater before making an accord for installation a new water boiler. It is really quick and important job which could save me a lot of money (they could honestly say to me that they can install the new water boiler, but it will work improperly due to the problem with the heater); 2) make a quick inspection of how the current system work and notify me that a special additional device is needed to prevent how water circulation through the heating pipes during the summer period; 3) anticipate that new watering hardware often causes dust or rust stuck in the pipes, so either clean them the same day after installation, or prevent this happening. By doing all these things, even if I would have agreed to install the new water boiler (which I doubt I would do in case of a proper inspection), this would prevent me of calling them twice more and paying over a hundred euros for each visit including price for unnecessary detail replacement.

Langen KG Trier has already tried twice to install something in my heating system that was superfluous. But expensive. They don't apologize, can't express themselves in letters, are rude. It's just about making a lot of money quickly, the customer pays for it anyway. Never again.
