As soon as the Percy Rauchs repairman came to our house, he immediately identified the error. He explained everything clearly to us and even left us a phone number in case the problem reoccurred. Percy-Rauchs replaced an old gas heating with a heat pump in our house built in the early 1990ties. Our first appointment at our place was with Mr Percy-Rauchs himself and we felt well and competently advised. Not every emailing/calling after that was very responsive, but the installation of the heat pump itself went very smoothly and the employees were very professional and friendly. Overall it was a very positive experience and we can absolutely recommend this company over many others. (Before the installation of the heat pump, Percy-Rauchs also repaired our gas heating once, which also was a very positive experience.)
