From the start, Joe was very honest, straightforward, and transparent in what he offered. No excessive prices, no unnecessarily complicated discourse, just a clear and fair quote. Regarding the work, I am more than satisfied, and even relieved. Being in the middle of a renovation, with many interactions with different trades, Joe really made a difference: he knew how to listen to us, guide us, and above all, do exactly what we had asked for, which is not so common. The work is extremely clean, meticulous, and fast. On top of that, Joe is very responsive; he never lets requests or questions drag on.
