Responsive and professional company. Customer service is one of their priorities. The staff is helpful and competent. We called upon their service for an urgent intervention and they found a quick solution (less than 24 hours) and this during the collective leave period.
Really bad communication, we tried to get an appointment by using the form on their website, no answer. After calling them, I was told to send an email, to which they then called back with some diagnosis over the phone. I was told to make an appointment with their secretary. After 4 more emails and two more phone calls and a total waiting time of 5 weeks, we chose a different company which solved our issues two days later. Can't say much if their service is any good, but their communication is one of the worst I've experienced so far.

Though I’ve been a client for several years and things have been fine (annual maintenance of my heat pump), I have been given a shock this year when there was an issue with my heat pump. The company sent their staff for several visits unable to fix the problem, and ultimate charged me for these visits with a bill of more than 3000 euros. Incompetence and unfair!! I was told I can claim part of this through insurance but am still waiting for the necessary details to process the claim.
Not happy with the price/performance and the mentality of the company, not being flexible and not open to any margins in terms of thinking out the box. Will definitely look for another supplier.
