Absolutely to avoid. The stone installed for my kitchen countertops does not match the sample chosen in the showroom. The color looks greenish for a countertop supposed to be slightly marbled white. The joints at the corners of the central island were poorly done. Finally, I recently contacted them about a chip problem that appeared 3 years after installation, even though I am very careful and know I didn't drop anything on the surface. After multiple calls and emails, no follow-up from them nor any offer of after-sales service, even a paid one. I have never seen such deplorable service.

Work started early 2020, 3 years later still not finished. Bad work, bogus excuses, etc., forced to go to court. Even with written documents: they respect nothing. Absolutely to avoid.

Very bad experience. Poor quality, bad work, bad faith and promises that went from season to season, ending in a multi-year legal battle that we eventually won. I'll spare you the ridiculous details and bogus excuses. If you have to work with them, put everything in writing and absolutely do not trust their word.
