Very disappointed with this company. I used their services for tree planting, which cost me nearly €3000. Less than a year later, the majority of the trees are dead. I sent an email with photos to report the problem, but received no response, no acknowledgment of my complaint. I understand that nature can be unpredictable, but at that price, I expected at least some follow-up, advice, or a commercial gesture. The total absence of after-sales service is unacceptable. I do not recommend this company, especially if you expect professional service and a minimum of consideration after the sale.

We hired this company to landscape a small garden in front of our apartment. Mr. Rech advised us to plant yews, which are a good choice for creating a hedge and require little maintenance, apart from regular watering during the first year, especially during hot periods. In short, we followed his advice and were delighted with the result. We followed all his recommendations for maintenance. Just a few months later, we noticed that one of the shrubs started to turn brown. Mr. Rech assured us that this was completely normal. Today, almost all the trees are dead. I sent several photos by email, if only to get an explanation. No response, radio silence. I now have no choice but to call another company to redo everything from scratch.

Quote never received, even after several follow-ups by email and phone. A shame for a project worth over €70,000.

We ordered hedges that were supposed to be dense, firstly they were five times overpriced compared to their normal cost and they are as dense as matches...

We had outdoor paving and a wooden terrace installed, very satisfied. We called them again for a chalet and it was a disaster, a chalet (installation not included) for 5500 euros, leaks+++ still ongoing. We were honest in paying the quote and no news since, the only feedback is subcontracting so no solution???? .Company to avoid..I hope to get an email back since we gave our opinion...feel free to reply to us..
