I interacted with Joyser's cleaning division in Luxembourg and they were very profesional and I would say human. Georgiana, who was in charge with cleaning in the building where I worked, was always helpful, efficient and friendly. She also had surprisingly good people skills for her age and always knew how to deal with situations. I think everyone around appreciated her and the company.

Having used Joyser Services for three years, I am very happy with the work of my cleaner Bruna. She is kind, thorough, and precise. Other cleaners and cleaning teams that Joyser has sent me have also been good. The administration is well-organised, friendly, and has responded speedily and proactively to any concerns I have voiced over the years.

The first contact with the administration team for requesting a quote was a a real nice experience, nice, friendly and experienced staff and flexible trying to accommodate the client’s needs and schedule. Same comment about the cleaning ladies, punctual, polite and experienced. I can only recommand Joyser as a good and liable service provider.

Joyser did completely renovate our guest bathroom. We were very satisfied with the quality of the job, the cleanliness, the work ethic and their suggestions. They were as well very responsive and afterwards did sort out little small retouches. The quote was competitive and sufficiently detailed, which we liked and helped to keep additional costs to a minimum. The project manager was very commercial and attentive and he had really good suggestions. We are already using Joyser again for another job. Fully recommend using Joyser for similar jobs.
