The staff at Joule firm demonstrated competence, expertise, responsiveness, and kindness. Everything they installed works well, and the app is very practical and useful. The secretary was always very kind, available, and attentive to all my requests. The project manager handled everything well, was there for me and my questions as the work progressed. They fulfilled all their commitments to me: reliability, competence, quality, and honesty. I am happy to have chosen them for my photovoltaic installation and my electric charging station. Subsequently, what I asked for in addition, they were able to do (electrical resistance in the boiler connected to the photovoltaic panels, detection of electrical faults I had in my house before their arrival, placement of a component in a specific location, etc.....) and they did it well. Their advice proved to be accurate. I am very satisfied with the services of the Joule firm and I thank the director and his team for all the good work done at my home. I recommend them.

Great service from Joule. Installation of a solar system with battery, everything went very well. The sizing was done according to our consumption, and we have been autonomous since the installation 3 weeks ago, even when it rains. Professional and efficient team. I recommend without hesitation.

I had Joule install a solar system with a battery and a charging station for my car, and everything went perfectly. They advised me very well, were very responsive, I was informed about every step of the project, and the team worked extremely cleanly and professionally. They always left a clean worksite, were always reachable, and gave immediate feedback. The price-performance ratio is also top-notch, what more could you want? I can advise anyone who wants to install a solar system: Go to them! They are extremely competent, flexible, professional, and super nice.
