I used their JC universe nettoyage's house cleaning service. I live in a small studio of 25m2. Studio was cleaned every week hence not much to do. But I called this lady Elvira da Cruz, she came with another lady. 2 of them took 1.5 hours to clean this small studio which was not in so bad condition at all. And charged me 70€. It's an expensive service and totally unexpected charge they put up. I will not recommend this further.
