The painter Steven worked with competence, organization, friendliness, and punctuality. He protected the floor and furniture very well, and was able to completely restore a ceiling and several walls inside the house. The paint color was very well chosen to be the same as the original. Attention to future suppliers – Invoice unpaid for nearly 5 months! We are a serious and reliable supplier, but unfortunately, we are awaiting payment of an invoice issued nearly five months ago. Despite several attempts to contact him, the director is very difficult to reach. When he finally answered the phone, he clearly told us that he doesn't deal with invoices and had no idea when (or if) payment would occur, before simply hanging up on us. Such behavior is unacceptable, both professionally and humanly. We want to warn all future partners and suppliers: think carefully before entering into a business relationship with this company. Lack of willingness or inability to pay – in both cases, it's a red flag for any serious collaboration.

Within two weeks, the painters painted our entire apartment. Additionally, the fiberglass wallpaper was removed in three rooms. We obtained four quotes, and Concept Color offered good value for money with the most professional presentation and contact. This was also confirmed during the work.
