Very good experience with Créations Gillet, from the design with good advice and excellent support, to the execution, with the various highly competent trades. Prices are quite fair compared to similar companies in the region, and no unpleasant surprises. The only downside, the deadlines, nearly 10 months in our case. But it was worth the wait.

Total disaster. Absolutely to be avoided. The company is completely incapable of managing its appointments with the client. Four (!) appointments for interventions were scheduled with Cargilux but were not honored. No one informed us in advance. The company refuses any compensation for the inconveniences caused. Work performed was of poor quality. The construction site was not progressing at all and we had to repeatedly follow up with Cargilux to get the work done. Very complicated to schedule appointments with after-sales service. The company seems to be completely overwhelmed. Cargilux requested payment of the invoice even before the start of the work, which I do not find very professional. Really not recommended.
