A lesson I unfortunately learned the hard way: Never trust that your contact person has correctly understood or noted your wishes, even if they seem obvious. Even less do I like to be branded a liar when misunderstandings arise. In my case, some things were not correctly documented, and it felt like I was being blamed for mistakes that were not mine. Here, the customer may be king, but only as long as everything is not yet set in writing. An extremely disappointing experience.
