Site technician construction/renovation field

As part of the development of our activities, we would like to strengthen our Alliance des Artisans team.

Thus we are recruiting a new qualified employee:

 Site technician in the field of construction/renovation

Function :

 As the manager's right-hand man, you are in charge of the technical and administrative management, as well as the financial follow-up of operations.

In this capacity:

• You are able to carry out a survey.
• You are in charge of drawing up an estimate.
• You manage the progress of the building sites from A to Z with the various trades and the purchases from suppliers, and are responsible for safety standards and the smooth running of the building site.
• You regularly update the schedule (in close collaboration with the main manager).
• You are in charge of a perfect direct relationship with the customer.

Profile:

• You preferably master French and Luxembourgish, any other language will be considered an asset.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills.
• You are autonomous and you can manage a team work.
• You have a driver's license
