Our house will soon celebrate its centenary, it was founded in 1916. A lot has been achieved since then, health standards have been tightened, many technical advances have been made, but we are still obstinately artisan butchers.
The ancestral gestures remain, they are dictated by the idea that only one thing matters: working and processing quality products, always improving and striving for excellence, without counting your time.
