A stock manager M/F Full-time permanent contract
In order to strengthen our team of warehouse staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that the stock is well maintained. As the preferred intermediary for assemblers with the company, supervised by the purchasing department, you are responsible for the management of the material and its proper supply.
Main tasks :
Ø Guarantee the availability of stock references.
Ø Telephone handling of site orders
Ø Prepare and label internal orders (site procurement and after-sales service)
Ø Ensure replenishments in coordination with the purchasing department
Ø Control and reintegrate site material returns
Ø Receive and check the conformity of the delivered goods
Ø Ensure the handling and storage of goods
Ø Organize, optimize and keep the storage space in order
Ø Carry out inventories (annual and case-by-case)
Ø Fill in the inputs and outputs in the management information system
Ø Manage supplier return requests
Ø Perform maintenance activities
Ø Ensure compliance with selective sorting and the CSR approach
Ø Human management of warehouse staff and driver
Ø Collaborates in the continuous improvement of the purchasing strategy
Cooperation with other positions
Internal relations :
Assemblers, team leader.
Job requirements and essential knowledge
- Bac +2/3 or equivalent. Professional experience :
- +/- 5 years in an equivalent position Language skills :
- French / German. Luxembourgish is considered an asset. Computer skills :
- Comfortable with office automation tools, CACES or equivalent recommended. Specific training to be received:
- Internal procedures and stock management.
