Your job:

  • General receptionist tasks (reception, mail, switchboard, etc.)
  • Administrative tasks
  • Management of the contact database
  • Customer satisfaction surveys
  • Support to technical teams
  • Opening and first-level processing of error reports
  • Configuration of some systems

Your profile:

  • Interest in TIC and networks
  • Technical understanding
  • Initiative, commitment, flexibility and reliability
  • Availability and ease of communication
  • Team spirit and integration skills
  • Languages: German, French, Luxembourgish and English
