BSH électroménagers S.A. is the Luxembourg subsidiary of BSH Hausgeräte GmbH. BSH Hausgeräte GmbH is the leading manufacturer of household appliances in Europe and one of the world leaders in the sector.
The Group was created as a result of the joint venture created in 1967 between Robert Bosch GmbH (Stuttgart) and Siemens AG (Munich). Since the beginning of 2015 BSH has been exclusively owned by the Bosch Group.
In 2014, it generated sales of €11.4 billion. To date, BSH has 42 plants in 13 countries in Europe, the United States, Latin America and Asia. With its network of distribution and after-sales service companies, the Group has nearly 80 regional companies in 50 countries and employs some 53,000 people.
The main brands in its portfolio are Bosch and Siemens. With its seven specialized brands (Gaggenau, Neff, Thermador, Constructa, Viva, Ufesa and Junker), BSH meets the specific expectations of consumers. Four regional brands (Balay, Pitsos, Profilo and Coldex) ensure a broad presence in the various national markets. Its product range includes large and small electrical appliances, as well as floor maintenance equipment.
