- Preparation of dough (kneading, shaping) and baking of breads and baguettes.
- Management and control of production equipment.
- Baking on deck ovens and rotary ovens.
- Quality monitoring (visual control of breads).
- You are a qualified baker (CAP, Bac Pro or equivalent) with proven experience in this sector.
- You are versatile and flexible in terms of working hours (day, night, weekend and public holidays).
- You have knowledge of HACCP.
