Job Decription

As an administrative assistant, these are your main tasks:

Main tasks:

  • Receiving customers and suppliers by telephone and in the building
  • Coding and careful management of supplier invoices
  • Customer consulting and monitoring of administrative steps
  • Write, manage and classify / archive data and information
  • Secretarial work required, i.e. word processing, e-mails, mail, meetings
  • Material monitoring and procurement
Education and experience
  • Level of "Première" or higher education
  • Beginner or advanced
Knowledge and skills
  • Experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Strong interest and knowledge in accounting
  • Willingness to learn how to deal with different administrative programmes
  • Well-groomed appearance and social competence
  • Independent work and organizational talent
  • Confidentiality and discretion
  • Good knowledge of English, French and German is required.
  • Interest in active and motivated work in a growing company
